On Fridays, the children are asked to bring in an object for Show and Tell that begins with a certain letter.
I encourage the children to have their parents read books to them. I always say a good listener makes a good reader.
Also, make available to the children at home coloring books and crayons. These tools help develope
fine motor skill.
