CLASSROOM NEWS
February came so quickly! We began the month with Report Card
Night. My students are progressing nicely. Those that need to work on
improving skills are working hard to achieve success. I am very proud
of their effort. Keep up the good work!
Our Black and Gold Knight Gala was a success! I hope those who
attended had as much fun as I did! It was great to see so many faces.
I look forward to next year’s event and hope to see you there!
This year is going by so quickly! We celebrated the 100th Day of School
on February 10th. Our HSA provided an ice cream treat for us to enjoy
at lunch. We also did some fun activities to celebrate this special day.
Tuesday, February 14th is Valentine’s Day and we will celebrate
together in our classroom. That day we also have our lunch reward
Dance Party. The students have earned enough “5s” in the cafeteria for
this fun activity. Great job!
Our mid-winter break is February 20-24. Enjoy! Remember if you need
child care during the break, Starcast Explorers will be available. Please
let me know as soon as possible if you will need to send your child.
This year we celebrate “Leap Year”. Look for some fun things to come
“leaping” home with your child on February 29th. We also have an
open house with family bingo that evening from 6-8pm. Come join
the fun and bring your friends and neighbors to see all the wonderful
things St. Andrew's Country Day School has to offer!
